If for any reason you have buyer’s remorse within 30 days of receiving your delivery, simply let us know the issue and we’ll do our best to fix it. Email our team of Customer Service Ninjas at firstname.lastname@example.org to get the process started.
Or you can clinch your fist and yell “Weenie Tees!” out your window, but we’ve historically been more responsive to email.
Please allow up to 24 - 48 business hours for our customer service team to reply to your request. We will make every effort to ensure the return process is as painless as possible.
Unworn / unwashed Weenie Tees may be returned for a full refund within 30 days.
The refund will be given back to you through the original method of payment. We cannot send cash refunds since this is the digital age, so we don’t do cash or carrier pigeons. Your money will simply go back onto your credit card.
If received the wrong shirt/hoodie or the shirt/ hoodie we sent you is defective, please contact us at email@example.com with your order
number and the specifics on what we messed up, and we
promise we will take care of it for you. This is done at no
cost to the customer, since it was our mistake! Typically we will send you a replacement shirt and chocolate...just kidding, we only do shirts.
